Poster Specification
ELECTRONIC VERSION:
It is now possible for you to send an
electronic version of your poster via our poster submission tool
on our web site. However, please consider the
following guidelines for the preparation of your poster
to bring at the workshop.
The Posters must be PDF, PPT or
JPG files, and up to 2 MB file size.
The title and authors have to be inside the poster, also you have to
fill "Title" and "Author" textbox to identify the poster.
All fields are mandatory in the Submission Form
PRINTED VERSION:
 Information once your poster has been accepted:
Please ensure that you bring your
poster ready to hang, velcro tape will be available there.
You will be able to start hanging
your poster early Monday morning, 10 November.
Please go straight to the help desk at Registration and you will be given the
number of your poster board. You may then hang your poster.
